Terms & Conditions
Vouches are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein. Any services not specifically confirmed and
noted on vouches will not be indeed. A valid identity proof may need to be produced along with the voucher. Any details
mentioned under special emails will be subject to request and are not confirmed. All extras to be paid directly to the
hotels/the service provides. Hotels / Service provides may ask for a credit card authorization / cash deposit to covey any
incidental of expenses of a personal nature and must be provided with the same when Required. Lamping of voucher /
voucher details will result in the voucher being ejected by the service provide.
Passenger Comments/Complaints
Passengers need to contact their leave Agent. It is imperative that any complaints be made known to the respective
handling.
Agents of their representatives without any delay so that appropriate action can be taken.
Cancellation/Refunds
Once confirmed 15% will be chargeable in any case
If package is cancelled 60 days prior to check in then 25% of total package cost will be charged
If package is cancelled 30 days prior to check in then 50% of total package cost will be charged
If package is cancelled 15 days prior to check in then 75% of total package cost will be charged
If package is cancelled 07 days prior to check in then 100% of total package cost will be charged
Cancellation charge can be change as per the hotel policy at the time of confirmation.
Responsibility
It is understood that we act as agents only for all services covered hereby. Further we shall not be responsible for any loss,
injury of damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, file, breakdown of machinery, damage resulting from acts of God,
equipment of vehicles, acts of government authority, ways, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines
of any delays of changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing
causes.
